Double Shooting Leaves One Critically Injured in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – A shooting investigation is underway following a series of violent incidents on October 8.

At approximately 2:15 a.m., a Southeast District patrol officer was flagged down by a citizen in the 3100 block of Boston Street, reporting he had been shot. Medics responded and transported the 31-year-old male victim to a local hospital for treatment, where he is now listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

Shortly after, at approximately 2:22 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of South Haven Street for another reported shooting. There, they found an unidentified male suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Baltimore City Medics transported this victim to a hospital, where he is currently in critical condition.

Preliminary investigations indicate that both males were shot while in the 1200 block of South Haven Street. Homicide Detectives have been notified due to the condition of the unidentified victim.
