Off-Duty NYPD Traffic Agent Arrested in Queens

ASTORIA, N.Y. — An off-duty New York City traffic agent was arrested Wednesday evening in Queens, according to authorities.

Crystal Wilson, a 37-year-old NYPD traffic agent, was taken into custody at approximately 6:57 p.m. in the 114th Precinct. Wilson is facing charges of assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.

Officials have not released details about the events that led to the arrest. The 114th Precinct, which encompasses neighborhoods such as Astoria and Long Island City, is handling the investigation.
