PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man with life-threatening injuries early Sunday morning in the 300 block of High Street. Officers responded to the scene just before 3 a.m. following reports of gunfire.
Upon arrival, police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. His current condition has not been disclosed.
