Trump Surrogate Bill Spadea Endorses Column L Candidates in Jackson Council Election

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Bill Spadea, a candidate for New Jersey governor and a prominent supporter of former President Donald Trump, has endorsed three local Republican candidates in Jackson Township. In a statement, Spadea urged voters to back the “Column B Republican Team” as well as the “Column L” candidates, Nino Borrelli, Mordechai Burnstein, and Giuseppe Palmeri, in the upcoming election.

Spadea said Jackson residents should vote for the official Trump-aligned Column L team in Jackson. The gubernatorial candidate has also endorsed President Donald J. Trump at the top of the ticket.

“Now more than ever we need solid conservative Republicans elected, from President Donald Trump all the way down to the local level,” Spadea said. He emphasized the importance of electing Republicans in the township to counteract what he described as the threat of “radical Democrats or RINOs.”

Spadea’s endorsement highlighted the local candidates’ commitment to several key issues. He praised Borrelli, Burnstein, and Palmeri for their focus on maintaining low taxes, supporting the police, and controlling development in the community. “Jackson needs their proven Republican leadership to stay the course,” he added.

The endorsement comes as Spadea continues his campaign to become New Jersey’s next governor, positioning himself as a pro-Trump candidate in a state where Republicans have been working to strengthen their influence at various levels of government.

Spadea’s statement emphasized the broader need for what he referred to as “proven Republican leadership” in Jackson Township, echoing ongoing themes in his gubernatorial campaign and underlining the stakes he sees in local and state races ahead of the upcoming election.
