NYPD seeks suspect in forcible touching incident in the Bronx

NEW YORK CITY — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident that occurred earlier this month in the Bronx.

According to police, the incident took place on Monday, October 7, at approximately 6:10 p.m. in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue and Union Avenue. The suspect reportedly approached a 21-year-old female victim and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing on foot northbound on Westchester Avenue.

The victim was not physically injured during the incident, authorities said.

Images of the individual wanted in connection with the incident have been released and are available through the Deputy Commissioner of Public Information (DCPI).

Anyone with information is urged to contact the NYPD, which is continuing to investigate the incident.
