Harrisburg police investigating midday shooting on N. 13th and Herr Streets

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A juvenile male was injured in a shooting on Thursday afternoon at the intersection of N. 13th and Herr Streets, according to the Harrisburg Police Department. Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 12:00 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition and receiving emergency treatment. Police immediately launched an investigation into the incident, which remains ongoing.
