20-year-old woman injured in Baltimore shooting, police seek information

BALTIMORE, Md. — A 20-year-old woman is recovering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound after a shooting early Friday morning in Baltimore’s Southern District. Police say the woman arrived at a local hospital around 3:37 a.m. on November 1, prompting district patrol officers to respond.

Investigators determined that the shooting occurred in the 6400 block of Fort Smallwood Road. Details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting have not yet been released, and detectives are actively working to piece together what led up to the incident.
