Baltimore man walks into hospital after being shot on Boarman Avenue

BALTIMORE, MD — A 36-year-old man is recovering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound after walking into an area hospital on Thursday afternoon, prompting an investigation by Baltimore County police.

Officers responded to the hospital around 2:33 p.m. and learned that the shooting occurred in the 2900 block of Boarman Avenue. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.

Detectives from the Northern District have taken over the case and are working to identify suspects and determine a motive.
