Bowleys Lane investigation leads to arrest and firearm seizure in Baltimore

BALTIMORE — A 32-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 4500 block of Bowleys Lane after detectives recovered a handgun with ammunition during an ongoing investigation.

The arrest occurred around 3:27 p.m. as Eastern District detectives carried out their operation in the area. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility.

He faces charges related to the illegal possession of the firearm and ammunition.

Authorities have not released further details about the investigation but confirmed that charges have been filed.
