UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department has requested the public’s help in finding Raymond C. Warmuth.
Warmuth is a 70-year-old white male, measuring 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds. Authorities have stated he is a level 3 sex offender.

His victim was an fourteen (14) year old female, who he coerced, threatened and immediately and physically overpowered, a warning statement read. NY Alert is sending this notice because you registered to receive notification when an offender moves into or out of your requested area. We are notifying you of a move into/out of the area you specified.
Warmuth is wanted by the Utica Police Department for failing to register his current address. Efforts to locate him have been ongoing.
