TRENTON, NJ — A Jersey Cash 5 ticket purchased at a Wawa in Freehold secured a massive $1.3 million jackpot in Monday’s drawing, marking the second consecutive major win in Monmouth County.

The winning ticket, played at Wawa #8473 on Route 9, matched all five numbers—03, 19, 24, 27, and 39—with the XTRA number 03 and Bullseye number 39, to claim the $1,308,245 prize. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

This follows a recent win in Oakhurst, where a ticket claimed the $685,092 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot on November 16.

The jackpot now resets to $150,000 for Tuesday night’s drawing, but the Freehold win is sure to generate excitement among New Jersey lottery players.
