The lucky winner purchased the ticket at Easton Crown gas station on North Washington Blvd., where he regularly buys Bonus Match 5 tickets as part of his weekly routine. His winning ticket, consisting of nine Quick Pick lines for seven draws, matched all five numbers on November 4, netting him the $50,000 top prize, along with an additional $15 from a separate drawing.
The retiree discovered his win the following morning using the Maryland Lottery app and described the moment as the perfect start to his post-work life. “It was the best timing you could imagine,” he said during the claim process.
The Easton Crown gas station will receive a $500 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket, while the winner plans to use his windfall to pay bills.
