BRONX, N.Y. — Police are searching for a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing after leaving his residence in the Bronx on Friday evening.
Laiquon Baker, who lives at 1260 Burke Avenue in the confines of the 49th Precinct, was last seen at approximately 6 p.m. on Friday.
Authorities described the boy as having brown eyes and a short haircut. He is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and was last seen wearing a black sweatsuit with white lettering and black and yellow sneakers.
Family members reported him missing after he failed to return home, and police are actively investigating his disappearance.
