Ocean County man arrested on DUI charge

OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. — Robert Allen Hyres, 40, was arrested on November 30, 2024, and charged with driving under the influence, according to inmate records from the Ocean County Correctional Facility.

Hyres, listed as single and of fair complexion with blue eyes, was taken into custody and charged under New Jersey Statute 39:4-50 for operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. The offense is categorized as a disorderly persons offense under state law.
