Allegheny County retailer strikes gold with $3 million-winning lottery scratch-off

White Oak, Pa. — A $3 million top-prize-winning scratch-off ticket was sold at a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Allegheny County, officials announced Tuesday.

The winning $3,000,000 Golden Ticket Scratch-Off was purchased at Nic’s Tobacco, located at 1620 Lincoln Way in White Oak. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

The $3,000,000 Golden Ticket is a $30 scratch-off game featuring top prizes of $3 million. Information about the game, including prize details and rules, is available on the Pennsylvania Lottery’s website and mobile app.

Scratch-off prizes must be claimed within one year of the game’s end-sale date, which is posted on the Lottery’s website. Lottery officials encourage players to immediately sign the back of their winning tickets and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 for guidance on claiming prizes.
