Newark police seek public’s help identifying armed robbery suspects

NEWARK, N.J. — Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying four male suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery that took place on the evening of Friday, December 20.

According to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., the incident occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. at the intersection of Lake Street and Bloomfield Avenue. The suspects reportedly held the victim at gunpoint, stealing a Michael Kors bookbag containing an iPhone and ATM cards.

Police have released images of the suspects and are urging anyone with information about their identities or whereabouts to come forward.

Individuals with information are asked to contact the Newark Police Department. Tipsters can remain anonymous and are encouraged to assist in advancing the investigation.
