Allentown police seek suspect in connection to two armed robberies

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Police are investigating two armed robberies at small businesses that occurred in Allentown between late November and early December, authorities said Wednesday.

The robberies, which took place between November 26, 2024, and December 8, 2024, involved a suspect who police believe has ties to Center City Allentown.

The Allentown Police Department has released an image of the suspect in hopes of identifying the individual. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Tips can be submitted to the Allentown Police Department Detective Bureau at 610-437-7721. Anonymous tips can also be sent via the Tip411 app, accessible on the department’s Facebook page or website.

Police have not disclosed additional details about the robberies, including the businesses involved or whether anyone was injured.

Authorities are working to locate the suspect as part of their effort to ensure public safety.
