Three arrested in Towson armed carjacking case

TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County detectives have arrested three adults in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred in late November on Dulaney Valley Road, police announced Thursday.

The incident took place around 11:15 p.m. on November 27, 2024, in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road. According to police, the suspects assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene in the stolen vehicle.

Detectives with the Carjacking Team identified and arrested the suspects: Roderick Johnson, 38, Janson Williams, 41, and Amy Blische, 46.

All three individuals are facing multiple charges, including armed carjacking, first-degree assault, armed robbery, and the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Police have not disclosed additional details about the arrests or whether the stolen vehicle has been recovered.
