New York City employee’s arrest for unlicensed driving raises concerns within the Administration for Children’s Services

BRONX, N.Y. — An off-duty employee of the New York City Administration for Children’s Services was arrested Thursday evening in the Bronx on charges related to driving without a valid license, police said.

Christopher D. Roldan, 31, was taken into custody at approximately 6:34 p.m. within the confines of the 45th Precinct.

Roldan faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic law violation.

Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of the arrest.

The NYC Administration for Children’s Services has not yet commented on the incident.
