Young Newark man vanished weeks ago after leaving Essex County Hospital Center

NEWARK, N.J. — Law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Timothy Robinson, who has been missing since Wednesday, December 17, after leaving the Essex County Hospital Center in Cedar Grove.

Timothy is described as a Black male, 5’8″, weighing 130-150 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair in a buzz/fade cut, and facial hair. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt, black Crocs, and possibly a blue or grey coat.

Authorities say Timothy is developmentally delayed and unaware that he is missing. He is not considered a danger to himself or others, but concerns for his safety remain.
