Trump supporters plan inauguration watch party and parade in Bridgewater

President Donald J. Trump

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Supporters of President Donald Trump are organizing a watch party, parade, and rally on January 20, 2025, to celebrate the presidential inauguration. The event will take place at the Green Knoll Grill on U.S. Highway 202 in Bridgewater from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., with festivities planned throughout the day.

The organizer, Terry Beck, a longtime Trump rally leader in Bedminster, said the event was planned to provide a gathering place for Trump supporters in New Jersey after she noticed no other watch parties were scheduled in the area. “We’ve already gotten 4,600 views on the flyer and we’re very excited about that,” Beck said.

The day will begin with an inauguration watch party inside the Green Knoll Grill, where attendees will have reserved tables to enjoy food and drinks while viewing the ceremony on several televisions. Afterward, some attendees will participate in a Trump parade featuring decorated vehicles that will drive to and around Trump’s Bedminster golf course before returning to the Green Knoll Grill.

Other attendees will participate in a flag-waving celebration along Route 202 outside the restaurant. According to Beck, the owner of the Green Knoll Grill has welcomed attendees to continue their celebration into the evening.

Organizers are expecting a large turnout, with Beck noting the event has drawn significant interest among local Trump supporters.
