Man injured in early morning shooting on Darley Avenue in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — A 40-year-old man is recovering after being shot early Saturday morning in Baltimore’s Eastern District, police said.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of Darley Avenue at approximately 4:17 a.m. following a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Eastern District shooting detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
