Two suspects arrested in Meade High School stabbing, police say

SEVERN, Md. — Two suspects were taken into custody in connection to a stabbing at Meade High School on Wednesday morning, Anne Arundel County police announced.

The incident occurred on the school grounds, where one student was injured and transported to a hospital for further treatment. Authorities have not disclosed the severity of the injuries or the identities of the individuals involved.

Officers responded to the scene shortly after the stabbing was reported, launching an investigation that led to the arrests. Police confirmed the suspects were apprehended Thursday evening but have not released further details about their identities or potential charges.

“The Anne Arundel County Police Department is on scene at Meade High School in Severn investigating a reported stabbing,” the department said in a statement posted on social media.
