FRANKFORD, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested Jason Griffith, 49, of Selbyville, and Robert Griffith, 81, of Bridgeville, on charges of theft and fraud following an investigation into the fraudulent sale of vehicles through their businesses.

Detectives began investigating the two men in November 2024 in connection with fraudulent activities at their businesses, Geared Up Trucks and More LLC and Wicked Wrench, located on Dupont Boulevard in Frankford. Authorities determined that the suspects sold vehicles brought in for repairs, falsified documents to obtain vehicle titles, sold stolen vehicles from out of state, and failed to deliver vehicles to victims after payments were made.

Warrants were issued for their arrest, and both men turned themselves in at Troop 4 last week. They were subsequently charged with multiple offenses, including theft and fraud.
