ICE arrests San Diego man pending removal on assault, burglary charges

SAN DIEGO — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of Seyidxan Hisen Salih on January 28, 2025, in San Diego, where he is now pending removal proceedings.
