Teen robbed by three suspects in the Bronx

BRONX, N.Y. — A 17-year-old boy was robbed Saturday evening in the Bronx after being confronted by three unidentified individuals who demanded his belongings, police said.

The incident occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. in front of 1943 Westchester Avenue. The suspects threatened the victim before taking his phone and fleeing westbound on Westchester Avenue, authorities said.

The victim was not injured in the robbery, and no weapons were reported.

Police described the first suspect as a male last seen wearing a black jacket and gray pants. The second suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants. The third suspect, who has long hair, was last seen wearing a blue jacket and eyeglasses.

No arrests have been made as the NYPD continues its investigation.
