Cumberland police searching again for missing 14-year-old girl

CUMBERLAND, Md. — Authorities are searching for 14-year-old Jessica Payton Nelson, who has been reported missing again, according to the Cumberland Police Department.

Jessica was last seen around 11 p.m. Sunday in the area of Winifred Road. She is described as a white female, 4 feet 11 inches tall, approximately 120 pounds, with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

Police did not release details on the circumstances of her disappearance but are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Authorities continue their efforts to locate the missing teenager as concern grows for her safety.
