New York City Man Arrested for Forcible Molestation of 11-Year-Old Girl

New York, NY – In a swift response to a shocking incident in Harlem, the New York Police Department arrested 42-year-old John Pinckney following an assault on an 11-year-old girl. The attack occurred on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at approximately 3:15 PM, near East 125 Street and Madison Avenue within the 25th Precinct.

According to reports, an unidentified man forcibly kissed and touched the young victim before fleeing the scene on foot. The child, fortunately, was not physically harmed during the ordeal.

John Pinckney was apprehended shortly after the incident and faces multiple charges including Sex Abuse in the 1st Degree, Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Sex Abuse in the 2nd and 3rd Degrees, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
