Baltimore County schools to close early Tuesday due to weather

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Baltimore County Public Schools will dismiss students three hours early on Tuesday, February 11, due to expected inclement weather, officials announced.

Afternoon prekindergarten classes are canceled, but school offices will remain open as scheduled. Staff may use leave as necessary.

All afternoon and evening activities, including the Board of Education meeting, are canceled. The board meeting will be held virtually.

The announcement, posted Monday, February 10, urges families to prepare for schedule adjustments due to the weather.
