Police investigating shooting in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday afternoon in Myrtle Beach, police said.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of Dunbar Street at approximately 4:41 p.m. following reports of gunfire.

Law enforcement remains in the area as the investigation continues, and authorities are advising motorists to seek alternate routes.
