Man found shot to death in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON, DC — A man was found shot multiple times Sunday night in Southeast Washington, prompting a homicide investigation.

Officers responded just after 10 p.m. to the 2900 block of Knox Place, SE, where they discovered the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
