ARLINGTON, Va. — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in coordination with the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, arrested three undocumented immigrants during an enforcement operation in Arlington on Feb. 11.

“These illegally present individuals were in the Northern Virginia area in violation of U.S. immigration laws,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Washington, D.C. acting Field Office Director Patrick Divver.

The operation led to the arrests of:

  • A 68-year-old Mexican national previously deported in May 2003, who was convicted of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct/public intoxication.
  • A 49-year-old Salvadoran national, ordered removed in 2005, with a 2010 DWI conviction and a new DWI charge in December 2024 in Prince William County, Virginia.
  • A 30-year-old Bolivian national who violated the terms of his lawful admission into the U.S.

ICE officials emphasized their commitment to enforcing immigration laws and removing individuals who pose a risk to public safety.
