Teen charged with murder after fatal SUV shooting in Landover

LANDOVER, MD — An 18-year-old man has been charged with murder following a deadly shooting inside an SUV in Prince George’s County on Sunday evening.

Officers responded around 6:50 p.m. on February 16 to the 2000 block of East Marlboro Avenue, where they found 26-year-old Vincent Fisher III suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation revealed that Fisher and the suspect, Raymond Terry III, were together in the SUV when the shooting occurred. Authorities say the two men knew each other, but the motive remains under investigation. Terry turned himself in to police at the Landover Division III station shortly after the shooting.
