77-year-old man stabbed in Northeast Philadelphia home, police investigating

PHILADELPHIA, P.A. — A 77-year-old man was stabbed inside a private residence in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday night, authorities said.

The attack occurred at approximately 10:25 p.m. on the 2100 block of Lott Avenue in the city’s 7th District. The victim suffered multiple lacerations to the head and was transported by Medic 20 to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police have not made any arrests, and no weapons have been recovered. The scene remains secured as the Northeast Detective Division continues to investigate.
