New Jersey Girl Missing, Last Seen in New York City

NEPTUNE, N.J. – Law enforcement officials are seeking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Payton Cox, who was last seen at New York Penn Station on February 19.

According to the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit, Neptune Police Department, and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Payton left her Neptune home on February 16 and traveled to New York.

Surveillance footage captured her at the train station at 8:00 a.m. on February 19. She is described as a white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Neptune Police Department at 732-988-8000 ext. 432 or the NJSP Missing Persons Unit at 609-882-2000 ext. 2554.
