Police investigate early morning shooting in Baltimore County

TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting that left a 29-year-old man injured early Sunday morning in the 4800 block of Benson Avenue.

Officers were alerted to the shooting around 2:30 a.m. and later located the victim at an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit are leading the investigation and are seeking information about the incident.
