Maryland Lottery winners claim over $28.6M last week

GAITHERSBURG, PA – A Racetrax ticket worth $140,903 in Gaithersburg led the list of Maryland Lottery winners last week, as total prizes paid out across the state surpassed $28.6 million.

The top scratch-off prizes included two $100,000 wins in Baltimore and Hanover. Additionally, 21 tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or redeemed between Feb. 17 and Feb. 23.

Among the other notable wins, a $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in Frederick, and a $30,000 Keno ticket was purchased in Parkton. The weekly roundup also included multiple $25,000 Pick 5 prizes and a $30,000 Fast Play MONOPOLY™ Game Tokens win in Silver Spring.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem tickets at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, while prizes up to $25,000 can be claimed at one of the state’s six casinos. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be collected at designated retailers, and all Maryland Lottery retailers can redeem tickets worth up to $600.
