Wilkes-Barre Police Make Arrest After Man Violates Protection Order

WILKES-BARRE, PA – On February 27, at 5:04 p.m., Wilkes-Barre City Police were called to a business on South Main Street in response to an alleged PFA violation. The reporting indicated a verbal altercation between two individuals.

The involved parties include a 57-year-old defendant, Norman Strohach, and a 24-year-old female victim, both residents of Wilkes-Barre, PA. The victim reported that Strohach appeared at her workplace, contravening an active protection order.

Upon verifying the validity of the PFA, police took Strohach into custody without incident. He was then transported to City Headquarters for processing and arraignment.
