Man stabbed multiple times inside Philadelphia home, suspect in custody

PHILADELPHIA – A 22-year-old man was stabbed multiple times early Saturday inside a residence in the 35th District, police said.

The stabbing occurred at 2:19 a.m. on the 6700 block of North Bouvier Street. Officers transported the victim to Einstein Medical Center, where he was placed in stable condition.

Authorities said an arrest was made, but no weapons were recovered. The scene was held as investigators from Northwest Detectives continued their investigation.

Police have not released details about the suspect or a possible motive.
