Woman stabbed inside North Philadelphia bar, suspect remains at large

PHILADELPHIA — A woman was stabbed inside a bar in North Philadelphia early Monday morning, police said.

The attack occurred at 1:07 a.m. inside a bar on the 40XX block of North Reese Street in the city’s 25th District. Authorities said the victim, a 35-year-old Hispanic female, suffered stab wounds to both arms.

She was transported to Einstein Medical Center by Philadelphia Fire Department medics and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and no weapons were recovered. East Detectives are investigating.

Police continue to search for a suspect as the investigation remains active.
