Suspect charged with attempted murder after Baltimore County officer shot

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — A 27-year-old man has been charged in connection with a shooting that left a Baltimore County police officer injured.

Homicide detectives charged Andrew Britt with multiple offenses, including two counts of attempted first-degree murder, following the March 13 shooting at the Wilkens Precinct.

Britt remains in custody without bond.
