The winning ticket was sold at Foster House II, located at One Cook Road in Belle Vernon. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top-prize-winning ticket.

$1,000,000 Winnings is a $20 scratch-off game that offers multiple chances to win, including a top prize of $1 million. The Pennsylvania Lottery reminds players that all scratch-off prizes must be claimed within one year of the game’s official end-sale date.

Winners are advised to sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 for claim instructions. Prizes over $5,000 are subject to applicable tax withholdings.
