TOLEDO, OH – A lucky scratch-off ticket purchased at a local Sheetz store in Toledo has earned one player a $500,000 windfall in the Ohio Lottery’s Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 50X game.

The winning ticket was sold at Sheetz #848, located at 6633 Dorr Street. The winner, identified only as Todd, claimed the top prize from the $10 scratch-off game and will receive approximately $360,000 after 28% in mandatory state and federal taxes.

Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 50X is one of several Monopoly-themed games offered by the Ohio Lottery. As of April 1, three of the game’s top prizes remain unclaimed.

This $10 ticket offers players the chance to win instant prizes up to $500,000, with thousands of other prizes at lower tiers.

Since its launch in 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed over $33 billion to state education programs.
