German Shepherd Found on Roosevelt Drive in Utica

UTICA, NY — The Utica Police Department reported the recovery of a German Shepherd on Roosevelt Drive Friday morning.

Authorities are seeking the dog’s owner and request that anyone with information contact the department at 315-223-3461.
