HAGERSTOWN, Md. — One lucky Maryland Lottery player is holding a ticket worth $840,000 after hitting the Multi-Match jackpot in Thursday night’s drawing, becoming the second jackpot winner of 2025.

Jackpot-winning numbers announced

The Maryland Lottery confirmed the winning numbers from the April 10 drawing: 05, 27, 29, 35, 39, and 42. The ticket, which matched all six numbers, was sold at the Martins grocery store located at 1670-C Wesel Boulevard in Washington County.

The winner has the option of receiving the prize as a $840,000 annuity paid over 25 years or a lump sum cash payment estimated at $510,000 before taxes. The retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling the winning ticket.

Second Multi-Match jackpot of 2025

This marks the second Multi-Match jackpot won in Maryland this year. The first, a $3.3 million jackpot, was claimed in February by a Baltimore City resident who bought the ticket in Parkville.

Lottery officials are urging the winner to sign the back of the ticket immediately and store it securely. According to lottery rules, the prize must be claimed within 182 days of the drawing.

The identity of the winner has not yet been disclosed.
