BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Police have issued a Silver Alert for 86-year-old Herbert Richard Newsome III, who was last seen Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in the Owings Mills area.
Newsome is described as 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray jacket, white shirt, blue pants, and black shoes. He may be operating a black 2022 Kia Forte with Maryland license plate 4FD0270.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact 911 immediately.
