Scooter-riding gunman opens fire in Bronx building

NEW YORK, NY — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who allegedly shot a 21-year-old man inside a Bronx apartment building before fleeing the scene on a motorized scooter earlier this month.

The shooting occurred around 4:50 p.m. on Monday, April 14, inside 2123 Tiebout Avenue, located within the 46th Precinct. According to investigators, the gunman fired at the victim, striking him in the left side of his torso, then escaped heading southbound on Tiebout Avenue.
