Milford mini-mart sells $100K winning lottery ticket

MILFORD, CT — A Connecticut Lottery player from New Haven has claimed a $100,000 top prize after matching all numbers in a recent CASH5 drawing, according to official lottery records.

The winning ticket was sold at Cumberland Farms #4756, located in Milford. The prize was recorded on Thursday, May 1.

The Connecticut Lottery has not released the name of the winner. Under state regulations, winners’ identities may be disclosed unless they choose to claim under a trust or entity.

CASH5 is a daily draw game offering a fixed $100,000 top prize to players who match all five winning numbers. Odds of hitting the jackpot are 1 in 324,632.

Retailer Cumberland Farms #4756 will receive a bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The $100,000 win marks another top-prize payout for CASH5 this spring, continuing a streak of high-value claims across the state.
