Man with gun in Ocean County has ICE detainer

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Arturo Cuahutle-Flores is being held without bail in Ocean County following his arrest on charges of unlawful possession of a handgun and is being held pending the placement of an ICE detainer, according to county inmate records.

Cuahutle-Flores was committed to the Ocean County jail on Monday. He faces a charge under code 2C:39-5B, classified as a third-degree crime in New Jersey, related to the unlawful possession of a handgun.

Court records indicate that no bail has been set in the case, and the bond status remains open with a total bond amount listed as $0.00.
