TRENTON, N.J. — A Jersey Cash 5 ticket sold at a West Orange liquor store turned into a six-figure payday after matching all five numbers in Tuesday’s drawing, securing a $150,000 jackpot.

The winning ticket was bought at Party Wines on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Essex County. The store earns a $2,000 bonus from the New Jersey Lottery for selling the top-prize ticket. It marks the 26th Jersey Cash 5 jackpot win of the year and the second this week.

The winning numbers drawn Tuesday were 04, 19, 28, 29, and 36. The XTRA number was 04 and the Bullseye number was 36. Lottery officials did not immediately release the identity of the jackpot winner.

Other players also walked away with smaller payouts. Two ticket holders matched four numbers, the Bullseye, and the XTRA, each winning $1,500. Two additional winners matched four numbers and the XTRA to claim $750 each. Twelve players won $500 each by matching four numbers and the Bullseye.

More winners as Jersey Cash 5 streak continues

The game has continued to deliver multiple wins across New Jersey in recent months. With daily drawings and mid-tier jackpots, Jersey Cash 5 remains one of the lottery’s most active games.

Winners have up to one year from the draw date to claim their prizes at New Jersey Lottery offices.
